Established in 1969, Viewbank preschool aspires to provide the most positive early learning experience from which our children develop a love for learning that will continue throughout their lives.
We offer one three year old program and two four year old programs for over 60 families living in Banyule.

Viewbank Preschool has been rated under the federal government’s National Quality Framework and exceeds all the requisite standards.
Our teachers have been with the kinder for many years, and are passionate about what they do.

Our programs at Viewbank Preschool are influenced by the National and Victorian Early Learning Year’s Frameworks and follow the Viewbank Preschool Teaching Philosophy.
Our teachers and educators planned play-based activities for the children based on their needs and personalities. Government funding and parental contributions allow us to further enrich the program with incursion and excursion activities such as:

Being a community government funded kinder, Viewbank preschool is managed by parent committees and relies on parental volunteering or monetary contributions to continuously improve our kinder. Your on-going supports help us deliver high quality education to your children, and many more generations to come.

Volunteer
Volunteering is a lovely way to connect with other parents and support your child’s learning. You can join parental committee, support our classrooms, join fund-raising activities or maintain our yard.
